Most of us can't escape Drake's music, but Khabib Nurmagomedov did a pretty good job of it until 2018.
The globally-renowned rapper was in attendance at the weigh-in for the Russian's grudge match against Conor McGregor at UFC 229.
Draped in an Ireland flag, Drake watched on as the Irishman hurled insults at Khabib, as a vitriolic pre-fight build-up infamously got out of hand.
For many, Drake's presence at proceedings would've taken the profile of the fight to another level, but not Khabib.
The retired UFC champion, who ended up winning the bout and then sparking a brawl by setting upon McGregor's team afterwards, insists he had no idea who Drake was.
Speaking on the Full Send podcast, Khabib recalled: “Honestly, I swear I don’t even [know who Drake was]…
"Before when he was on the corner of Conor [McGregor], people said this guy is very famous. I swear I didn’t know this guy.
“I don’t know this guy like they say. Maybe I hear his music somewhere in street or something but I didn’t know this guy.”
McGregor, on the other hand, is very close with Drizzy.
