The rapper was in attendance at Beautycon 2019 in Los Angeles this weekend and that is when she chatted with ET, teasing the upcoming collab with the other woman.
When asked about their pics on social media that showed them drinking together and having the time of their lives, Megan gushed over Lizzo, telling the news outlet that: ‘Lizzo is my girl, and we’re both from Texas. I love Lizzo.’
So is them hanging out more than just friends enjoying life in each other’s company?
‘Of course!’ Megan was quick to respond, referring to them working together.
She also mentioned that the videos of them twerking were just like rehearsing for their collab stage.
In fact, it’s not just wishful thinking, they actually know what the song is going to sound like already!
‘I already know. And I just cannot wait for y’all to hear it. It is amazing already. Just two Texas girls and we had a really good time,’ Megan went on to say.
